- Created The Renaissance Center’s websites, including graphic design, HTML markup, client-side code, Flash programming, style sheets, server side includes, ASP code, database design and SQL server maintenance and programming.
- Created www.tnwildside.org to promote Tennessee’s Wild Side, a television show The Renaissance Center created for the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
- Administered and developed applications for the SQL Server database since August of 2003.
- Re-designed the center’s intranet, beginning August 2003, to make it faster, easier to use, easier to update, and friendlier.
- Taught as an applications instructor.
- Designed several print ads as a graphic designer.
- Created art elements for ad campaigns as an illustrator.
- Supported users of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Quark XPress in the marketing department.
- Served as a contract webmaster for several other web sites to make money for the center.

- Executed the layout of the Winter 1999 course schedule using QuarkXPress and Photoshop.
- Created a new map to the facility in Illustrator for the course schedule and then adapted it for the web page.
- Created an internal web-site to teach new instructors the best approach to teach Excel.
- Created various intranet documents to teach other instructors how to approach Advanced Windows 95 and Advanced Word 97.
